"Recently I had the great pleasure and opportunity to work with Debra Athen to "color" the walls of our new home. I knew that I wanted color and had a vague idea of the look for the living room and dining room, but didn't have the courage to do it on my own.

She came over and for two hours we worked on coloring seven rooms. She brought several palates of colors and I had pieces of fabric for each room. Our home is now transformed into a variety of lovely, warm and sometimes daring rooms. Our bedroom is a calming shade of green on the floor and walls and the living and dining rooms are a terra cotta brick red. We even have a purple room for our exercise room. The movers told us that we certainly had a colorful house and that they loved it and in fact, all had their favorites.

Our friends are all envious because they say that they would like to have color in their homes but are afraid to do it. I was leery, myself, but Debra gave me the courage to do what I really wanted to do with her expert eye and confident manner. It turned out to be a great success and we are so proud of it and love being there every minute. My husband tells me every day how much he loves the feel of our home and it is all because of Debra."

I contacted Debra to handle the window treatments in a home I had purchased for investment. I was on a limited budget, but wanted quality products at a great price. She had lots of products to select from, and was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the right products for my needs. We got the whole house done faster than I imagined. With no trips for me back and forth to the store, or my having to deal with measurements and install! Her knowledge and wide range of products really helped me get my desired results with ease and they look wonderful! I consider it one of the best investments I have made yet.

"I've known Debra for many years, so when I was frustrated trying to deal with a bathroom redesign, I gave her a call. She was a godsend in helping me find tile, wallpaper, countertop and fixtures that accented my home and helped give this little room some class.

The idea to use the same large floor tile on the walls in the shower surround really was ingenious. I got a lot of oohs and ahs from friends about the way it draws the eye up and helps make the room look larger. And the color scheme is very inviting and luxurious. We put in a larger soaking bathtub and now really enjoy lingering in that room to relax and enjoy."
